1/4 cup cracker crumbs-fine
1/4 cup bread crumbs, fine,
1 tsp salt,
1/8 tsp black pepper,
4 oz. melted butter,

Place lobster on its back, and with the left hand holding the claws, cut an incision with a very sharp knife from the head to the tip of the tail.
reach into the lobster just behind the head and remove the stomach.
mix the crumbs with the salt pepper an melted butter and fill the lobster with it. put the lobstr in a broiler rack and bake for 15 minutes in 350, and rasie the temp to four hundred and cook five minutes longer

4 cups of finely crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup melted butter
3 heaping tablespoons of finely chopped parsley

Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl, and using a a
slotted kitchen, spoon, begin to stir around. Stir until all
ingredients are incorporated and fully and suspended in the
stuffing.

This recipe will will generously stuff three or four lobsters.
