l can white clam sauce (I use Progresso) 1 can minced clams (including juice) 2 teas. minced garlic 2 tabs. olive oil 1/4 cup white wine (optional) 1 tabs. minced fresh parsley
Saute garlic in olive oil for about a minute or so--don't let it get brown. Add clam sauce, minced clams, and wine. Bring to boiling point and then turn off the heat. Add parsley and serve immediately over cooked linguini.
