• 3 bottles (12 ounces each) dark beer

• 6 brats

• 1 jar (25 ounce) sauerkraut, Bubbies®

• 6 sesame brat buns or hot dog buns

• Dijon mustard or yellow mustard, French’s®

1. Pour beer into a large pot and heat over medium heat. Place brats and sauerkraut in beer. Simmer for 10 minutes.

2. With tongs, remove brats from beer and place 1 in each bun. Using a slotted spoon, spoon sauerkraut over brats, drizzle mustard on top.
