I just assembled a pizza and put it onto my pizza stone - first time I've used it - I rubbed some olive oil on it first. I don't know if I've done the right thing as I've lost the instructions. I read something today on some site that I was supposed to pre-heat the oven with the stone in it and then put the pizza onto hot stone with a peel- which I don't have anyway. Anyway, now I have this pizza which is sitting on my cold stone and I want some advice as to how to proceed. Thanks very much for any input.
