Hi, I tried making the copycat recipe that I found on this site for Olive Garden's Chicken Marsala; however, it didn't come out anything like I was expecting. Either I am a really bad cook, or this recipe is just wrong. The result of my recipe was a yellowish, semi-buttery tasting chicken marsala. I've tried a few recipes for marsala, and I have yet to come up with anything close to what Olive Garden makes. How do they make the brown sauce that covers the chicken? Nothing I've made is even remotely that color. If you can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong or point me towards a different recipe I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks! |
