Re: What is Graham Flour?

Graham flour is generally not available outside of the United States. A fully correct substitute would be to mix the appropriate amounts of white flour, wheat bran, and wheat germ. Plain whole wheat flour can be also be used as a substitute, but the texture would be different from graham flour. Source: Wikipedia

Hi, I sort of have an odd question. I am new to baking and have a recipe that calls for graham flour. I was wondering where I could get or even better if there is some substitution or way of mixing it. Thanks so much for all the help!!
