I have been using this recipe for a few years now and always get rave reviews (and empty plates)! I prefer to use blue cheese with the bacon. I've also made other savory mixes, including rosemary, feta and sundried tomatoes; and pesto/parmesan. They are SO easy to make, delicious and not dry like many scones.
