Hello,
I'm an avid fisherman, who has 12-15 Sockeye Salmon in the freezer. I don't want to keep them in the freezer too long. I have smoked Sockeye before, "which by the way is to die for". But I would like to have a good and easy canning recipe. If anybody can help me out it would great.
