Becky, This is a easy and fast recipe I use alot to take away and everyone loves it. It's a great one for making a few days ahead, because the longer it sets the better it gets.
Pasta Salad
1 box pasta cooked (any, I use angle hair) 1 bottle Italian dressing 1 bag shredded cheese (any) Sliced or chopped: radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, etc.
Use any vegtables you like. I don't use onions because I don't like that they turn soft and have a strong odor.
Cool your pasta and drain well. Mix everything together and refrigerate. Shake it up a little once in a while.
There is no need to put this on ice to travel unless its going to be a overnite drive. This has always been a big hit for me, hope you try it.
