CHOCOLATE PUDDING
3/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 2/3 cups PetŪ Evaporated Milk 1 1/3 cups water 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, broken up 1 tablespoon vanilla
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt in large saucepan. Gradually stir in evaporated milk and water. Add chocolate.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is very thick and chocolate is completely melted.
Stir in vanilla. Pour into dessert dishes. Chill.
