Creamed Cucumbers |

2 cucumbers Vinegar Pinch of salt Mayonnaise
|
1. Peel cukes and coarse grate or very thin slice them. Sprinkle the salt over the cukes and stir to mix. 2. Add enough vinegar to cover the cukes and refrigerate for several hours or over night. 2. When ready to serve, completely drain the vinegar off and add enough mayonaise to give a creamy consistency. Serve and enjoy. |
