6 slices bacon Chopped onion (as desired) 2 cups potatoes in chunks 2 cups hot water 1 1/2 lbs. white fish 1 (12 ounce) package Salt and pepper 2 cups milk Butter Paprika |
1. Brown bacon and onions in bottom of dutch oven. 2. Add potatoes and hot water and cook at slow boil about 10 minutes. 3. Add fish and corn, and cook until fish flakes easily with fork. 4. Season with salt and pepper as desired and add milk. Heat through but do not boil again. To serve, top with dabs of butter and sprinkle with paprika. |
