Ham Balls |

2 pounds ground ham 1 pound lean ground pork 2 beaten eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup water Horseradish sauce: 3 tablespoons drained horseradish 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 can cherry pie filling |
1. Mix together ham, ground pork, eggs, milk and bread crumbs and form into small balls: 2.Place in 13x9 inch baking pan and top with mixture of the brown sugar, dry mustard, cider vinegar and water. 3. Bake at 325F degrees 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently. 4. Serve with horseradish sauce and cherry pie filling. Horseradish sauce: Combine horseradish, salt, whipped cream, lemon juice and vinegar. |
