I have been making a chocolate angel food for years, using an angel food cake mix & adding a couple of T of Hershey's cocoa powder (NOT an instant mix). I use whipping cream & Jershey bars with almonds for the icing. Cut the cake crosswise into 3 layers, & keep in the refrigerator.
