: Looking for a recipe that uses Bisquick, condensed milk and choc chips as some of the ingredients in the recipe. They are so good and I am sure very diet!!!

Bisquick Chocolate Nut Brownies

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. Bisquick
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1 cup chocolate chips and butter. Remove from heat. Add biscuit mix, sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla. Stir in pecans and remaining chocolate chips.

Pour into a well greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of pan.

Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cut into bars. Store in tightly covered container.

Makes 24 to 36 brownies.
