This recipe makes one to two dozen pickled eggs.
Hard boil and peel 1 or 2 dozen eggs.
Put in a big jar with: 1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. coarse salt
Cover and put in the fridge for at least one week.
