Hi Judy,

Here's the combination I use:

Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

(all dried, ground spices)

4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons ginger
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon clove

Makes 3 tablespoons of mix
