Fry's Chocolate Sauce

2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

combine sugar and cocoa in a small Saucepan and stir in water. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla extract. Cool
