To make coffee that is similar to espresso in a drip machine, you would use twice the amount of coffee normally used for a cup. To make it stronger, run the coffee through a second time using the same grounds. Be sure to run water or a water and vinegar solution a few times after doing this to clean your coffee maker after making the espresso.
