Low Carb Jello Surprise
1 small box cherry jello (sugar free) 8 oz Cream cheese (carb count differs in cheeses) 2 cups water 1-2 tsp Splenda per taste
Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Beat in cream cheese until smooth. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Add splenda to taste. chill until firm.
I tried the speed set directions tonight and it worked well.
I am not sure which lo carb site I got this from and who to give credit but I can say it is a lifesaver. According to her recipe she figures one carb per serving if there are 8 servings.
