I think this may be what you want, I hope so... I have used these for many parties and just for light eating in the summer.
Vegetable Sandwiches
8 oz. cream cheese softened 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 cup celery chopped fine 3/4 cup carrot grated 1/4 cup bell pepper chopped fine 1 medium onion grated and drained 1/4/cup cucumber (1 medium) grated and drained mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients with just enough mayo for proper spreading consistency.
