Hi Barb :-) This is the closest recipe to what you have described that I could find on the internet. I wonder if you couldn't just add some blue cheese to the cream cheese and melt the two together, then stir them together with the other ingredients??!? Or, sprinkle the top with a combination of shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack and crumbled bleu cheese??!? Anyway, here is the recipe.
Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
16 ounces cream cheese 8 ounces Frank's Red Hot Sauce 3/4 cup chopped celery 2 cups cooked shredded chicken 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine cream cheese, hot sauce and celery. Heat in microwave until cream cheese is melted. Stir; add chicken and Cheddar cheese. Mix together. Put into a baking dish. Top with more shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
