TERRI: Good morning. In your saute pan add enough water to reach about 1/4 of the way up to the sausage. With a fork prick the sausage in 3 places about 1/8 of an inch deep. Cook the sausage covered or un-covered on medium heat. Therm. reading approx 165 degrees. Good luck to you & enjoy the rest of the day young lady.
