COTTAGE CHEESE PIE

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup pineapple with juice
1 pound cottage cheese, mashed
1 egg, beaten
5 packets sweet and low
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Dissolve gelatin in pineapple juice.

Combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
