I don't know if it's different, but it works and it's good!
Mashed Potatoes (from "The Foxworthy Down Home Cookbook")
6 large potatoes, peeled & cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1/2 cup heavy cream 3 TBSP sour cream 1 tsp salt 4 TBSP butter
Cover potatoes with water in large pot. Boil for 25 mins. or until tender. Drain. Mash until fairly smooth (I use an electric mixer - works fine). Return to medium-low heat and add cream, sour cream, salt & butter.
