Angel Dip A delightful recipe for fish dip if there ever was one. This concoction was concocted by our own hostess herself, Fast Moving Angel. She was inspired by a thread on a.f.j-b about fish dip. She claims that GatorDave, Cap'n Ron and Mayday all had a hand in its' creation but I think she deserves all the credit.

Mix together:

1 - 15 oz. (appx.) can salmon, drained and flaked 1 bunch green onions, cleaned, trimmed and sliced 1 - 12 oz. container cream cheese
1-2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1-2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
1/4 - 2 tsp. smoke flavoring

If using a lite cream cheese, the dip will be of spreadable consistency.
If using regular cream cheese, thin to desired consistency with a little mayo, lemon or lime juice.
Chill before serving.
Great with crackers or spread on bread. Purists, like Gator Dave, say that using anything other than smoked fish is "bush league," but barring its availability, you can use the next best thing.
