Vinegar Dumplilngs
Cup of Vinegar Cup of Water Cup of Sugar
The amounts may be adjusted to suit individual tastes. Bring to I high boil and drop in dumplins, six or eight at a time depending on the size of the pan. When the bottom side is done the dumplins will roll over with a little help. Continue cooking the sauce until it has thickened into a medium syrup. Pour over cooked dumplins.
Dumplins I use Bisquick and mix as for drop biscuits. Spoon about 1/2 tsp into the sauce.
While the sauce is at a high boil, lean over and take a good sniff of the vapors. Everyone should do this at least once in their life. Enjoy
