I'm not sure if this is at you looking for. I'm Polish and we use to eat *morning hot milk soup* long time ago (when I was a child) in Poland. Actually is 2 soups I will think off.

First is simple to make. Heat 3 cups milk in saucepan until boils. Minwhile mix 2 eggs yolks with 2 tsp of flour until well combined. When milk boils pour thin stream of eggs mixture over hot milk stirring milk constantly. Let it reach boiling point again and remove from heat. You can serve this sweet (with honey, syrup or sugar) or with a bit of salt.

For other kind of soup you need to make *dumplings*. Make dough with 2 cups of flour and enough cold water just to get stiff dough. With you hands pull off small parts and make small balls size of corn. Heat milk to boiling point and drop balls stirring slowly. let it boil for 2-3 min until all dumplings flow to top. Serve like before sweet way or salty one.
