SHRIMP DIP
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 cup finely chopped cooked shrimp 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in lemon juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate leftovers.
