CREAMY BLUE CHEESE DIP
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (about 1/3 cup) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
In small mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate leftovers.
