I have a Model ABM6000 Welbilt and make this bread all the time. I really like the way it turns out. It is so healthy. It makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
HEALTH BREAD
2 tsp yeast (i use any dry yeast) 1 teaspoon honey (you must use a tsp to make the yeast work) 1 1/2 cup stone ground wheat flour (I get mine from ND Mills (great flour has lots of protein) 1/2 cup unbleached white flour 1/2 cup flaxseed meal flour (so rich in protein) or graham, rye, or any other flour, even soy flour (if you use soy flour you will not need dry milk) 1 tablespoon dry milk powder 1 tablespoon of olive oil or any good oil soybean sunflower, etc. 1 cup tempered water (80/90 degrees F)
Set machine on Medium and Start.
This bread comes out great every time. I have made it as the basic bread for all kinds of loaves. Adding cinnamon is one of my very favorite ones and raisins also. Try it you will like it. Bye now. Judi
