I was once employeed for Don Pablo's as a server and a cook. The pie was sent to us already baked.
We just sliced it, placed it on a fajita skillet, and topped it with a commercially prepared Rum Butter Sauce,ran it thru the broiler oven, then topped it off with Vannila Bean Ice Cream.
