Here is a recipe I like from Knott's Berry Farm in California:

8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp gaarlic powder
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 oz spinach, chopped
8 oz cooked or canned artichoke hearts, quartered
Tortilla chips

Heat cream cheese, whipping cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder and onion salt in saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Fold in cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts, cook over lowe heat until spinach is wilted, about 5 min. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

I have also tried one for cold dip. It's excellent and easy. It is printed on the back of a dried vegetable soup mix found in a grocery store. For the life of me, I can't think of the brand of the soup. It's not lipton though. When I go to the store I will look and get back to you if you're interested. It's always a hit when I put it in a hollowed-out sourdough bread basket.
