Cappuccino On Ice Recipes from the Heart, The Pampered Chef 1 1/2 cups strong brewed-coffee 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk; not evaporated milk 1/2 cup half-and-half 1/2 tsp vanilla Ice Cubes
In medium bowl, combine coffee and milk. Whisk in half-and-half and vanilla until well blended. To serve, pour into glasses filled with ice.
Yield: three (3/4-cup) servings.
Variation: Substitute 2 TBLS instant coffee dissolved in 1 1/2 cups boiling water for the brewed coffee, if desired.
