This is not from Meurs, but this is my tried and true favorite and I wanted to share it with you! I hope you can give it a try..I will still keep searching for the recipe that you are looking for...Happy Baking..Tina :)

Crumb Cake

1 pkg yellow or chocolate cake mix
1 pkg instant pudding (vanilla) (or whatever flavor you want)

Crumb Topping
1 1/2 cups graham crumbs
1 stick melted butter
1 cup coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Combine the cake mix and dry pudding mix. Make the cake batter following directions cake mix box.

Mix the graham cracker crumbs, butter, coconut, cinnamon and brown sugar together well.

Pour 3/4 of the cake batter into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Cover with the crumb mixture. Spread rest of batter over crumbs. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips over all.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
