Waffle House Cheesy Eggs are really easy. My wife likes them so I watched. You will have noticed that they beat their eggs in a blender or with a drink mixer. Just add the cheese to the eggs and continue to whip with the drink mixer. This incorporates the cheese into the eggs and also areates and increases the volume. Then cook to desired doneness, remembedring that the mixture can scorch easily due to the cheese. I have done it and it is the same. Good luck
