The real deal, my epicurious friends! I lovd it too and actually recreated my own, very very close and just as good. 1 part velveta block, to one part pepper jack cheese is the secret! Then, use sautaeed red peppers or jarred pimentoes or even jarred red bell peppers, and the spinach must be drained and only use half part .a little garlic powder, onion powder and youve got it!!
