beat chicken breasts so they are very thin dip them in an egg and milk mixture coat with italian bread crumbs in regular olive oil or the oil from your gardinaire, brown on both sides gently continue cooking with 2 to 3 tbls of gardinaire (more or less depending on your preference)on top until chicken is done (5 to 10 minutes) serve with noodles or your favorite pasta
