For my chikcen I always use the same marinade and it goes great with the curry sause.
1 lb chicken 3 limes all purpose seasoning garlic powder olive oil
What I do for the chunks. I cut the chicken into chunks. Pour limes on chicken and seaning and garlic powder. I let the chicken boil in the lime juice on high. Once the chicken is dry and all lime juice is evaporated I pour a little bti of olive oil just enough to coat the chicken and let the chicken fry for a little bit till they are nice and golden.
