1 small head (1 pound) green cabbage 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon white (or black) ground pepper
Remove core from cabbage and cut into 1/4-inch dice. Place diced cabbage, parsley and green onion in a large bowl; set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir dressing into cabbage mixture until well-blended.
Coleslaw may be made up to 24 hours in advance. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
