I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. We do a lot of grilling, and this is the best marinade we've tried. It's great for shish kebabs (use sirloin tip or top), thick porkchops, and chicken breasts! Mix: 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. LaChoy soy sauce 2 T. white vinegar 1 T. minced onions 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Marinate meat in refrigerator at least overnight. When making kebabs, marinate veggies an hour before cooking. Enjoy! :)
