I've cooked these MANY times, and they're super easy and delicious. They cook much quicker than the bone-in variety, and are less fatty.

With you being a Chicagoan as well, I recommend using Carson's BBQ sauce (you buy it at the restaurant). Put the ribs, fat side up, in a glass baking dish. Lightly brush with BBQ sauce and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for about 35-45 minutes. Uncover and brush heavily with more sauce. Bake uncovered for about 15-20 minutes. That's it! Super easy!
