COMMUNION BREAD

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. oil
3/4 c. + 2 tbsp. very hot water
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. molasses

Sift dry ingredients 3 times. Cut in oil. Mix water and sweetener together. Add and mix well. Dough should be a bit sticky. Divide into 4 balls and roll 1/4" to 1/2" circle. Circles should be about 6" across. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and brush with oil. Bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes more at 350 degrees. Cool.
