Easy and quick to make in case of drop in company.
my own changes are listed in parenthesis ()

Creeping Crust Cobbler

melt in 10" baking dish:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
mix together and spoon over butter:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk (plus 1 Tbs.)
heat together and spoon over batter:
2 cups fruit ( I use 4 C. frozen mixed blueberry, rasberry & blackberry)
1 cup or less sugar (I use 1/2 C to 4 C. berries)
Bake 350 degrees, 30 min until crust is golden. Crust will rise to top. Servr warm.
If you use peach or apple add a little cinnamon to the fruit. if you use canned fruit make sure you reduce the sugar.
