1 egg
1 T. vinegar
1/3 c. water

Mix flour and salt and cut in Crisco. Beat egg and mix with vinegar and water. pour egg mixture into flour mixture and mix until all flour is absorbed. Roll on floured board. Makes 2 double crust 9 inch pies or four single shells. Bake shells at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until desired brownness.

This can be re-rolled and remains tender and flaky

Ellen has posted this a couple of different time -- I tried it and it's easy & good.
