A few good bread machine recipes. Place all ingred. in bread machine as directed by your specific machine. These are all for a 1 pound loaf. All these recipes are tried and true. My family especially love the Pizza Roll-ups.
SUN DRIED TOMATO BREAD STICKS 1 c plus 2 tbsp water 1/4 c coarsly chopped oil packed sundried tomatoes (pat off excess oil with napkin) 3 c flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp dried oregano 2 1/4 tsp yeast
Place on dough setting. Remove dough. Split into 24 even pieces. Roll out to desired length and thickness. Bake on greased sheet approx 20 min. at 357. Cool on wire rack.
FRUITED BREAD (good for breakfast) 3/4 c water 1 egg 2 1/3 c flour 1/4 c milk powder 1 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp butter 1 c candied fruit 1 1/4 tsp yeast
HERB BREAD 1/2 c + 1 tbsp water 1 egg 1 tsp lemon juice 2 c flour 1/2 tsp celery seed 1/2 tsp caraway seed 1/2 tsp sage 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp dry milk powder 2 tsp margarine 1 1/2 tsp yeast
CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD(Kids love this one) 1/2 c + 1 tbsp water 1 tsp banilla 1 egg 1 tsp lemon juice 2 c flour 3/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tbsp br sugar 2 tbsp + 2 tsp dry milk powder 2 tbsp margarine 1 1/2 tsp yeast 1/3 c mini choco chips
PIZZA ROLL-UPS 3/4 c + 2 tbsp water Egg Wash 3 tbsp oil 1 egg 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp water 3 c flour Mix together 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp yeast
Use dough setting. Remove dough. Roll dough into 16 x 12 inch rectangle. Brush lightly with tomato sauce. Place on meat slices, grated cheese or other pizza ingred. Roll long side (like a jelly roll) and seal. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg wash. Bake 30 min at 350. Also good filled with lightly steamed broccoli and grated cheese.
