7-Up Cake
(I use a stand mixer but you can use a hand mixer - have made several times with one years ago and cake is great!)

3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
Beat together for about 20 min - will be very fluffy and sugar incorporated.
Add 5 eggs - 1 at a time
Add 3 cups flour
2 Tbls vanilla or lemon extract (I use vanilla)
Mix well.
FOLD in 3/4 cup 7-up.

Put into a well greased bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 1-1/4 hours.

The top will be all crackly and sweet and the cake is delicious!!!
