CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS
1 cup (8 ounces) Parkay Soft Margarine 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking or old fashioned oats, uncooked 1 (12 ounce) package Baker’s Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Chips 1 cup chopped nuts
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add combined flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and nuts. Spread dough into well greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into bars.
