Carrot-Walnut Cake McCall's Magazine November 1981
I have made this cake so many times. It is a favorite of our family's, especially our son. I made it for his birthday when he was 11 years old and often over the years for his birthday. It is a labor of love. Now I use a food processor to grate the carrots. It is so moist and delicious.
