You would not be able to make a decorated cake, but this cake is fantastic. I, however, use a whipped topping for frosting instead of the one in the recipe.

I would use the HEAVENLY COCONUT CAKE WITH FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING posted Heirloom recipe section posted March 9, 2008. This cake is fantastic, however, I use a whipped topping instead of the Fluffy white frosting. It is a Heart Attack on a plate.
